I'm planning on DuQuoin on September 2nd. I've never been there before. Anyone have any tips or suggestions?

Nothing better, been going there since 68. I hope there are more than 19 or 20 cars. The new fuel rule is killing the car count. Better go this years cause it may be the last if the car count doesnt get better.Sad sad deal, I remember the days when all the big names showed up dirt points still counted for the national championship points. My favorite all time car was the Johnny Lighting cars of Al Unser Sr. thats when racing was alot of fun.

I wish Sargent would just take it over and run his own champ car series at Springfield, DuQuoin, Indy, THAT, Sedalia... Money says, that with a few simple rules changes and better promotion. He could do better on his own with an outlaw champ car series. Absolutely sick what USAC has done to this series in less than ten years
