Who has the best shot of winning who has never won before? Try to give an explanation as to why also. I'm gonna say Brian Brown, he is confident right now and is always strong at Knoxville and coming off a sweep Saturday of the 360 and 410 show.

For the Knox regulars I'd say Davey Heskin, he has been very fast all season long and last year had a good showing at the Nats.
For the Outlaws I think Joey Saldana probably has the best chance.
For the others I'd say Brian Brown and Shane Stewart.
Out of those 4 I'd say Stewart has the best chance, then maybe Heskin.

Craig Dollansky is coming in on a hot streak. With 6 WOO wins he is rising the points and he ran Knoxville every Saturday for several seasons.

Of the first timers, Dollansky is running the best going in, but usually lacks consistency needed to win. If he sets fast time like he's capable, he could be tough.
Brown is really running well, should have won his 1st Outlaw race at Cedar Lake, I'd say he's in the mix.

If this list is solely based on drivers who have never won the nats it would have to be
Joey Saldana ,Kerry madsen ,Craig dollansky, Stevie smith and Daryn Pittman (my pick)
More weight, more regulation, more similarity in the
cars.... that will ensure plenty of thrills for years
to come. Only the most average talent behind the
wheel will be needed with such awesome equipment on
the track!

At the risk of starting a humongous debate (or crap slinging contest) there's always that Kyle Larson kid...
But I'd vote for Shane Stewart
And root for ole Sammy....

Although I don't think he will be able to win it all, just for the sake of being different... I will vote for David Gravel.

Its been 14 years since a California car won it, and 41 years since a California driver won it.
Like every year since I can remember, I hope it's our turn this year.

Maybe I'm ignorant or forgetful but please clue me in.
What did he do to Sammy and when?
Whatever he did Sammy undoubtedly had it coming. Nearly every driver that's ever been on the track with Sammy owes him a nudge with the right rear.

do u remember when 24 had the big game tree stand sponsor?? well he had a broken whatever and sammy was filling in his car..... sammy was racin up through the field and was goin for the lead.... to end up he made a last lap pass to win. after they pushed the car back to the pits from victory lane tmac walks up and just about pulls sammy outta the car tellin him.... "dont ever drive my fuckin car like that again" so big game owner was standin rite there. neatless to say that was the last race his number was on that car. i dont dis agree sammy need a nudge or 2 but if some1 wins in ur car # adding that to ur WOO points dont be bitchen and cryin about tht

If Shane Stewart can put a good time on the clock and drives it like he did last year! Watch out.
