Wonder if any national guys will (or can based on contracts) make a run at Ocean?

All 4 races should be good this week. Too bad ASCS contacted Chico and didn't contact Ocean for the Friday race. All the guys winning in the Taco Bravo Series use ASCS engines.

I did the math. I will be driving a total of 920 miles for all 4 races.
From home to Placerville and back the 25th.
Friday home to Ocean and back (20 miles).
Saturday drive to Hanford (stay overnight)
Sunday Hanford to Santa Maria, then back home.

Race 2 of 4 on the weekend tonight in Watsonville. 360's and a 50 lap mod main. Placerville race was good and got done by 9:30. It made the 3 hour drive home a little nicer. Only a 20 mile round trip is going to be nice.

Pville was good, not going to make Ocean tonite, but pulling for Sanders in the OB1. Kid has had some bad luck this year, but its time to turn that around. He was hoping to run the ASCS races, but no motor for the 17 or 14s. Taking in Hanford and Santa Maria, putting on some miles myself.

PVille was great. Like mentioned before the show over by 9:15 made the 3 hour trip home more reasonable. Watsonville tonight, should be fun.

(23 cars)Tommy Tarlton won his 3rd in a row and 5th on the season at Ocean Speedway. Andy Forsburg joins Tarlton and Nick Green, as the three drivers who are locked in August 25th's Johnny Key Classic.

sanders ran over the RR of wayne katen going into turn 1 racing for somewhere around 8-10 place. sanders started 16 after having a bad heat race that didn't let him take advantage of his fast time.
to indy and beyond!!
