Have they ever had a bikini contest at your track?
How many girls were in it? What was the crowd response? How did they promote it? Did it help?

No bikini contests at the old State Fair Speedway, but I heard rumours that our mayor "CornNutz" may have worn a cheap, sweaty suit when the dozers went to work!

Been to a bikini contest off track a couple of times in Knoxville. That show wouldn't go over well in front of a crowd at the track.

I don't remember the bikini's staying on very long at the couple I attended....
Maybe I'm thinking of the wet t-shirt contest that used to be held in the horse arena back in the day (that got nixed and moved to Ready-Mix and consequently shut-down by the Police). As I recall, they arreseted the man with the Rat on his hat and things have never been the same...

Sunset Speedway in Omaha used to do one every year. When the track became Nascar Sanctioned I think Nascar made them stop doing it.

Gold cup in Chico,Ca has a chili feed and bikini contest every year I have been there. Mostly strippers from town. mostly a good show and crowd Chili is not half bad ether.

another reason I need to attend the Gold Cup, a newly divorced brother, sprints ,and bikinis, is this my chance to give back lord ? and give my retired old man a cup of chilli, hellz ya , he'll go to any martini protest!!

I used to attend California Racing Association events at Ascot Park in Gardena, CA. Frequently the trophy girl was Leslie Bremer (sp?). She was a one woman bikini contest!
