It looked something like this from where I stood.

AWESOME!! If my memory is correct I think he won at that track with the National Sprint Tour too. Guys like TK make watching winged sprint cars in California a whole lot of fun! Keep the momentum going TK and roll that luck into the Nationals.

That is a great shot of TK at Stoga. Nice work! I'd buy that.

TK still my fav sprint car driver from Cali. Larson is awesome but I think TK is a bit better in a 410 winged sprint car Smile TK has a lot of outlaw wins to his credit.

TK and Gravel both have very good chances at wearing there first crown next weekend. They are running great when they are with the outlaws.

Great Night of racing at Cedar Lake. Track was in Very Raceable condition thru the nite. Brian Brown had the A-Main locked up but slipped and got into the Wall. I missed the Mod Feature because of impending rain. I hit heavy rain just out of Sommerset so they may not have gotten it in. When I left home in Maple Grove MN it 50 miles west it was 101 degrees around 7:30 it was CHILLY in the stands.

Raceable yes, passing no. There was one groove around the joint for the entire night, no 2nd lane. I've never been all that impressed with the CLS facility, but go there due to proximity when the 13 car is racing. I guess I've just been spoiled growing up with River Cities Speedway. CLS can't hold a candle to RCS when it comes to raceability.

From what I was told by others in the stands and in the pit afterwards, Wolfgang clipped Heskins front end after the checkered. Robbie finished two or three places behind Davey, but they had been racing each other for position most of the feature. Contact must have been well after the flag because Heskins car came to a stop between three and four. Several front end parts broken and the frame bent. I've never seen Davey that upset before. Didnt' see it myself, but several in the stands said it, and that's what I was told also by Davey himself. Probably something occurred during the race that Robbie felt was not appropriate, but didn't see that either. Tough to keep up with three different favorite drivers in the same race along with the leaders! Track was definitely not the best I've seen at Cedar Lake, very little passing. Usually they do more work on the track before the features but I think they skipped that because of the weather headed in. The rain must have started about five minutes after the mod feature ended. Only driver I saw make many passes was Dolansky who started from the back twice and got up to 12th(?, i think). Looked like with the restart with 7 to go that Dobmeier had a chance to make it two in a row, but something must have gone bad with the car as he faded quickly in the last few laps. Brian Brown probably should have won it, but brushed the wall on the front stretch while lapping Wolfgang. Don't mean to take anything away from TK or Gravel. They both had outstanding performances. Also very impressed with Cap Henry. First time I remember seeing him although I understand he was at the Nationals last year.

TK is the man! It would be nice if Roth let him run the full Outlaw tour next year. 3 wins in 11 starts is damn good, and show's Tim needs to run with the top dogs every week where he belongs.

I disagree that the track wasn't racy. In fact, it was one of the wildest races I have seen in some time. Justin Henderson started 18th and finished 3rd, Kraig Kinser restarted 19th after a flat tire on lap 19 and ended up moving up to finished sixth in just 16 laps. David Gravel was running in 11th place in the middle stages of the race and ended up finishing second. Donny Schatz dropped from fifth at one point all the way back to 13th at the end. Steve Kinser spun on the lap 20 restart between turns three and four bringing out the yellow, but somehow didn't get penalized. It was a wild night, but entertaining.

I would say something went wrong with Dobmeier's car in the last couple of laps since he finished the last 2 laps with no left rear tire just the wheel. What about Sammy's flip and back on all four kept the car running and drove to the work area! Changed the rear tires took 5th in the heat. Simpily amazing!

Brian Brown had the field covered for first until he hit the wall. Kaeding was running in second and Dobmeier in 3rd. Once Brown crashed, TK had first locked and Dob had second locked. Dob blew a left rear with 1 or 2 laps to go and kept it moving to record 16th. The most impressive driving of the night was from Dobmeier by a long shot. Was a damn shame for him.

As a Dobmeier fan I have to ask why does Mark get flat tires at every track but Husets?
