Keep the Taxi Cabs at home so I can get home at a decent time and I'd be happy to pay $30/ticket.

If we were likely to get home before midnight my wife and kids would likely come along also, as it stands they're staying home.

It would be beneficial for creating future fans if tracks would quite working the back gate and be more family friendly, ie get the show done by 10:00 -10:30pm regularly.

they are putting the cars that support there track first whitch is the way it should be. the usra guys have to put in so many nights for the point fund. maybe they just shouldnt have all the sprint car specials since all you guys can do is complain its past your bedtime.

I've already given suggestions for having more points races for the support classes.

When are the two classes that aren't racing going to make up this night? Couldn't all of the usra classes race that night?

IMO, it's not about points. Its about short sighted back gate $'s.

I believe your comments are correct! This is a "ASCS National" event so I am betting ther will be 25-35+ cars. I dont believe Rocky has to have more than 1 support class for a show of this caliber.

Why don't you stay home then. If you need that damn much sleep, you're a hazard anywhere you go. You and neverhard are nothing but pure dicks.

I don't care when the races get over for their regular shows. I won't be there for any of them.

I want them to get the sprint car "specials" done at a decent time.

If they're supposed to be sprint car specials the track should treat them as such and quit filling the infield with too dang many support classes. All of the other sprint shows should have had 2 or 3 support classes, this ASCS show should only have 1 and at the absolute most 2.

I won't be going to Hartford because just like Rock Rapids they likely won't be done till sometime well after 11pm and with the drive home it would be waaaay to long of a night.

Did you go to Husets Tuesday night? Sounds like are from the area. Races were not over until after 11:30 and I know I wasn't complaining even though I had a two hour drive in front of me.

Let's see, I suppose the track has to dead on perfect for you, just enough cars to suit you, get over at the perfect time to suit you.......hmmmm, what color is the sky in your world. It's obvious you live in your own little world where everything has to be just perfect for you.

Would have liked to, esp after hearing Dobs won, but I was out of the area for a few days.

Huset's shows always take way longer than they should. Its a given.

My visits to Huset's get fewer and fewer every year also, pretty much for that reason.

They are treated special they dont have a time limit. the rest of the classes have a 15 or 20 min time limit. maybe they should put a time limit on the wings to so they get over early enough for ya.

Ok, so let me get this strait. You are bashing the Rocky shows because they are supporting some of their weekly classes by having them run during the ASCS show and that will cause them to get over to late yadda yadda yadda, but then you turn around and say you wish you could have gone to the Outlaws at Husets that got over well after 11:30. Sounds like you are setting a double standard to me.

Oh, and Husets only had two support classes and started a lot later than advertised. Don't get me wrong, I agree with the late start as they put off the start until the sun was off the track. I am one of the first to jump all over the Rubins but this was a great call.

US 36 July 3rd. ASCS national show. 2 classes of mods for support. But only about 14 cars in each mod class. 28 sprints. Good show by the ASCS cars. Didn't pay much attention to the mods. But the whole thing was over by 10:30 and with a 4 hour drive home I was glad they did not have more support classes. $25 to get in and it was worth it!

Sure is funny how some of you continually complain.. simple solution, STAY HOME!! Make more room for the rest of us who will go to this show and support a local racetrack willing to take a chance on a big show!! Thank you Josh and Rapid Speedway. See you tonight!

And that is why I would have been ok with it getting over with late.

With the weather starting late makes sense. Adding more support classes doesn't.

Also Huset's support classes in general don't draw as many cars as RR does.
