Topic: Cedar Lake / Somerset Outlaw race tickets or hotel need. Ahead of time???

Thinking we might make the 400 mile drive last minute to Cedar Lake for the Outlaw show tommorrow. Just curious if we need to reserve seats or hotel ahead of time or if it's pretty open usually?

I'd say tickets wouldn't be a problem. As far as hotel goes, New Richmond or Somerset might be tough, but there's a bunch of hotels in Hudson to check out. That is where I'd look first. Only about 25 mins from the track, and more eatin' joints to choose from also.

so, how do we go about parking along the top edge of the track by 3 and 4? No one there to ask.

They will open that gate at about 4. People line up in their vehicles. There is a charge. Not sure how much.
