Nice stuff, but Steve wasn't racing in that shot with TK and Dollansky, sorry.....

Didn't mean it to sound like he WAS racing, he was just going by them as they were going pretty slow.

Great pics! Hated to miss the Belleville/Lakeside weekend this year. Hopefully get there again next year.

But they WERE lining up for the parade lap unlike your comment that they weren't, no worries, nice shots.....

No, they are not lining up for the parade lap there. The field was still pushing off and TK & Dollansky were idling around side by side when Kinser just happened to go by them right in front of me so that it looks like they are all perfectly lined up. It was 3 full minutes before they got into their places and then got into the 4 wide. None of these guys were even in the same row when they did the salute as you can see in the following pic. No point in getting into a debate over what I meant by the term "lining up".
