Under.
5 in Ohio . Zero in Pa.
|
My hope is that he DOES win in PA Speedweek. I just don't think he will. I'll be at all of them hoping I get to see it happen.

I'm gonna take the boldly chickensh*t position that he'll win at least one in Pa. & hopefully I'll witness in person... will definitely go to a few Pa. Speedweek shows but debating how many (Motel costs? any friendly folks with guest rooms? seriously..)

How many races he wins or doesnt win really doesnt matter. It all about how well he does at those races.

As far as Pa. Speedweeks goes he may show up good at Big Diamond and Grandview, but he'll have to pack his lunch to run at Williams Grove,Port Royal,Selinsgrove.he will definitely get a schooling at the bigger tracks,I would like to see him do good, but very few have come into the Pa. big tracks and kicked a lot of butt, these tracks are tough without Speedweeks, just to run weekly and you have to have be on top of your game with the car and a real sharp wrench, these places will chew you up and the competitors at these tracks are the toughest in the Nation as the Outlaws know, its real Posse this time not just a few off shoots that he saw in Ohio, real hard racers there in Pa. this is not KWS or Skagit, this is big boy racing every lap including warm ups they run fast and hard.
|
I don't think there's anything that has intimidated him to date. PA may be the test of all tests, but I don't think it's going out on a limb to say he will fare well at any track he sees.

at all.

I'll be at Big Diamond and Grandview for PA Speedweeks. It will be interesting watching the kid race the real big boys. I believe The Dude is running Speedweeks as well.

WTF? I think you should all just shut up and enjoy watching the kid while we still have him. I don't care I if he wins in PA or not, just realize that you are watching a once in a generation type racer. Record speaks for itself, the kid is the real deal. I personally am looking forward to seeing him at Nationals this year in probably his first and last appearance. Win or lose, he is one of the best of the best that NASCAR will take from us far too quickly. His legacy will not be defined by a win at The Grove, whether you can handle that or not.
|
Spot on! Can't wait to see him in Knoxville for his 1st and very likely, last nationals. Everything you said is spot on.

What is he, 3 for 3 at the Big E so far, might be fairing pretty well methinks. As to PA, he raced one of their best (Mr. Dewease) on neutral ground in OH and it was no contest. The Posse fans can get cocky on their home turf but they haven't ever produced a talent to touch this kid, good luck Kyle......

That's funny, 4-27-12 Williams Grove winner Logan Schuchart came to Fremont Speedway for Speedweek and ran 9th in the B-main after starting 8th. Larson came to Fremont for the second time in his life and led the first 30 laps of the A-main and finished 3rd. He ran 4th the first time he was at Fremont.
I think he will be just fine at the big tracks. He did win at 1/2 mile Cannonball speedway against Lance Dewease, Stevie Smith, Shaffer, Blaney and Stewart.
He may not win one but he will be in contention for a few.
