Dang, I just noticed in the latest All-Star race that pretty Ms. Jessica Zemken finished a very nice 2nd with some of the Posse boys in attendance. Finishing ahead of Greg Hodnett and Mr. Rahmer along with Darryn Pittman, Paulie McMahan and Tony Stewart (hard charger, passed 14 cars to 5th) is pretty impressive in my world. Not sure why the All-Stars aren't making a big deal of this, it's more news than most we get these days in sprint car racing. Congrats to Lady Z and a big ouch to the Posse fans who aren't aware this kind of a result happens most of the time it's on Neutral Ground.....
PS My bad, congrats to Tim Shaffer for the win, what happened to Dale Blaney, started first and finished last, broke I'm guessing......

Similar lack of attention to the Hagerstown results a few weeks back.
1. 7-Craig Dollansky [2] [$10,000]; 2. 27-Daryn Pittman [4] [$5,500]; 3.
13-Paul McMahan [1] [$3,200]; 4. 19-Stevie Smith [3] [$2,800]; 5.
11K-Kraig Kinser [5] [$2,500]; 6. 4-Cody Darrah [9] [$2,300]; 7.
33-Danny Lasoski [19] [$2,200]; 8. 30C-Lance Dewease [7] [$2,100]; 9.
9-Joey Saldana [12] [$2,050]; 10. 15-Donny Schatz [26] [$1,200];
Only 2 Posse in the top 10 (please, let's not say Stevie Smith is still Posse) even though there were 13 in attendance. Strange how when you move away from the home base, the results aren't nearly as good.....

That's the kind of thing I've noticed about this board for some time now. You hardly ever hear anything good about a race, or a track, just negative stuff about so and so and how bad the track was.
Half the lies they tell about me aren't true.

USAC beat up the posse even worse than the girl.
Luna's Ford engine style that won 2 WoO titles and 3
Kings Royals before a weight rule against the best EVER
in their prime and now DOMINATES super dirt late model
racing is no longer allowed/wanted in a WoO sprint
car.... Was Luna a miracle worker?

Probably going to be a tough few years for the Posse outside of the Grove as Rahmer and Dewease continue to age and the likes of Dietrich, Marks, Ott, Schuhart and Wilt still need a couple of years of fine tuning before they can run with the big boys locally, let alone off the porch. Obviously DD has figured the local part out, looking forward to seeing him off the porch at Lernerville this year. Esh, Leppo, Layton, Haas, Monteith, M. Smith, Krimes, etc continue to be a force week in and week out to win locally, but like most Pennsylvania born drivers that have weekly jobs, they struggle outside the friendly confines of Lincoln, Port Royal and Williams Grove. And that's even if they have the time in their schedule, between work and family, to get out to the other races.
Pittman and Hodnett continue to carry the Posse flag off the porch, for obvious reasons.
Impressive run by Jessica, I believe she put up a top 5 at the Port this year as well. Very good run for Stewart as well. Nice to see him run 3 times this weekend and to put in the show all 3 times is even better. Rather amazing that him and Kahne continue to show up at dirt tracks around the country.

Who exactly did she rough up? Didnt see where she passed anyone in the A main as she started 3rd and finished 2nd after polesitter Dale Blaney had trouble? As far as neutral ground, isnt Utica Rome her home track? Lots of other cars passed to advance and were not advancing due to a car breaking in front of them like Ms Zemken's "charge" from 3rd to 2nd. Still no responses to Big Right Rear's meltdown references either at the home of the one track wonders? Just more hatred and venom from a retired expert.

I think all you posteres should look at the starting postion befor you post!!! You think starting 3 might have helped her, Shaffer started 2nd!!!! All the guys from Pa started 10th or farther back. WoO,& All stars always start their fastest guys up front, all the need to do is run away and hide!!! the reason Central Pa drivers are so tuff on the traveling circuses, is because of the handicaping in Central PA
before you post check the facts!!

JZ is also a former track champion at Utica-Rome. You did know that, right, Mike? Absolutely shocking that gets spun as "neutral ground " on here. LOL.
Of course, we all know the home track advantage meme is only a talking point when it comes to running down certain teams on here.I say that not to diminish Zemken's second place finish. Congratulations to her, but claiming that a track where Zemken is a former track champion is "neutral ground" is BS even for this board.
Until reading this thread, I never would have known that the Lincoln point leader beating the Outlaws at Lincoln and Rahmer doing the same thing the next night at a track where he is a former champion is actually "neutral ground." LOL

I can't remember. Did MSPN comment on Rahmers All-star win in NY last year? All in good fun I hope. Congrats to JZ on a nice run. She's ran a lot in PA this year so I consider her part-time posse. hahaha

Man, when did you Pennsylvania boy's become so sensitive? Could that be why my family moved from there back in the 1700's and went to non-wing county, Indiana?
Half the lies they tell about me aren't true.

Dang boys, the hatred factor comes from your side not mine. Are we that sensitive, STILL, sheesh? Just havin' a little fun coz' your boys got beat by a girl, allbeit a very fast, somewhat attractive girl to boot, good on her! I would expect Tim and Dale to beat the Posse about everywhere but Central PA but that's just me, let it go and smell the roses we may not have as much time as we think, lol....

Since when does Utica-Rome run Sprints on a weekly basis? Guess what, they don't?

My only objection to MSPN's comments is that I don't find JZ very attractive... :-/

Still scratching my head on that one. So that means she didn't run there weekly and win a track championship there? Except she did.
