Called the track at Wichita about 3 PM and they say partly cloudy and there is no chance of rain. Leave at 3:15 PM. get just past Blackwell and see a sprint car headed back. Call the track and the NCRA sprint show has been ppd by rain and will be made up July 3rd. I took Monday off as I knew it would be late getting home.
Should have went with my first instinct and to Monnet, Missouri for the USMTS show.
Dangit man.

Nope went to Lebanon Saturday night for the USMTS show. Good race but the track is too danged fast. There were some hurt motors and some cut tires but the racing was really good, especially the feature.

Should have stay up there.
I seen a good show at Batesville saturday night.29 cars for the MSRA show.I think that series will be a viable series for some regional late model drivers.

All I know is that the color was orange on an open trailer. I was in lapped traffic (okay, passing cars on the interstate) and couldn't tell.

I was going too, but checked the radar and a small group of thunderstorms formed right over Wichita and moved north over the track. Somewhere just north of the track they fell apart and then there was nothing the rest of the night.
