Looked at rules and they are IMCA rules. Meeker ada rules are the same except rocker arms, so I guess the answer is no they can't race.
I was just asking because in the past elk and Clinton allowed meeker ada car for specials but not regular points races.

THIS IS A GOOD REASON FOR YOUR PROMOTOR TO GET THEIR RULES IN LINE WITH EVERYONE ELSE. THEN YOUR CAR COUNT COMES UP AND THE RACING IS BETTER.
