Interesting how the board dries up when the news is favorable. haha

Zero lead changes the last four races -- Williams Grove, Rolling Wheels, Orange County and Hagerstown. That being said, it's cool that Hagerstown was back last night. I have written this on here before, but probably the greatest race I have ever seen was the Super DIRT Series race for big-block Modifieds in 2004 or so. In 100 laps, there were 18 official lead changes. I also saw some awesome STARS Late Models shows at HT back in the day.

I was there at Hagerstown that night in 2004, it was a great race.
Orange County sucked, I can't speak for the Wheels, and there was a lead change at the Grove. Dollansky was by far the car to beat and came from 6th to 2nd in the dash.
That being said, you can't really judge a race just by lead changes. Lots of guys last night were coming from far back and the track had a couple of grooves.

Actually Kinser did pass Lasoski and Dollansky early in the race at Williams Grove but yeah the WOO have gone about 100 laps without a pass for the lead. Nice streak!

I'm still waiting for SlinkmasterC to come on here and tell us how he's the smartest moron on the internet for not attending last nights race...
|
I didn't go, because I shelled out a good bit for Lincoln And Williams Groves Outlaw Shows Plus this weeks races. Didn't have the 35 (X2) GA this week. I do wish I could've made it.

Slink, the reason we chase races is the hope that we witness a show like last night once a year...The fourteen dollar show can't compete...
WoO is still The Greatest Show on Dirt...
Opinions may vary...

Sarcasm I hope. The $14 I spent Friday night was much better spent than the $30 I blew the week before. WG had almost as many 410's for a regular show as H-town did for the WOO plus there were multiple grooves(even up high!) and passing at the front. I'll still go to WOO shows when they are in Posseland. The atmosphere is great even if the racing isn't.

The WoO race at Hagerstown was by far the best race of the season thus far...Your just another pissed off posse fan who hates to admit that the best sprint car track in the area isn't contained within the PA borders...
Opinions may vary...

The talking points do seem to change when the Outlaws win. Quality of racing, number of lead changes, crowd, ticket prices, all seem to be mentioned alot more when an Outlaw goes to victory lane.

The only races I rememeber for a lifetime are ones that actually had a battle for the win. Some of them are even WOO races like when Kreitz passed the King on the last lap for the win a few years ago or when Lance came from 13th to win the open. Kinser and Rahmer coming from the rear to win WOO races at the grove. Kauffman coming from 22nd to 2nd in the Open right on Schatz's bumper before a caution and then getting taken out by Mark K. on the restart. IDK if Dollansky dominating the field from the front row on a heavy stomp and steer track qualifies but I'm glad you enjoyed it.
