Total DOMINATION. Nothing sweeter than Sammy and Schatz drawing their pills from the "special bag".... timing well and being non-factors the rest of the night! Welcome back to PA circus clowns.... the next two nights expect the same!

Yep... nowhere else beats the outlaws (insert sarcasm) except that's not true. TK absolutely obliterated the outlaws at Tulare and that was after whooping them in Vegas too. Then there is that little matter of west coast local Kyle Larson winning the Gold Cup. I give sincere congrats to the posse, its badass when the locals whip the travelers but it happens elsewhere too.
Cheers!

BLAH BLAH..........heard this crap a thousand times! Geez you would've thought TK didn't win 2 WoO races on the west coast. One on his own home turf and one neutral. Oh by the way Larson won Chico last yr. Ohio, Cali, Penn, and Iowa ALL have great drivers!
Trophy Cup......Best race of the year hands down!

FWIW, the claim on this board forever and ever and ever is that the Posse can only win on one track. The Outlaws had two cars in the top 11 (one of which grew up 40 minutes away from Lincoln). Where are all these many different races and places where the Outlaws put one car in the top 10 (like happened at the Grove a few years ago) or two in the top 10, like what happened at Lincoln on Thursday?? And people on this board still want to **** all over the locals.
Feature (30 Laps) – 1. 48-Danny Dietrich ($6,000); 2. 30C-Lance Dewease; 3. 1Z-Sam Hafertepe, Jr.; 4. 11C-Cory Haas; 5. 5W-Lucas Wolfe; 6. 14-Kevin Nouse; 7. 15-Donnie Schatz; 8. 51-Fred Rahmer; 9. 27-Daryn Pittman; 10. 85-Gerard McIntyre, Jr.; 11. 87-Alan Krimes; 12. 4-Cody Darrah; 13. 19-Stevie Smith; 14. 11-Steve Kinser; 15. 63-Chad Kemeneh; 16. 21-Brian Montieth; 17. 6B-Brad McClelland; 18. 1-Sammy Swindell; 19. 9-Joey Saldana; 20. 5-Jac Haudenschild; 21. 69-Tim Glatfelter; 22. 7-Craig Dollansky; 23. 30-Doug esh; 24. 11K-Kraig Kinser; 25. 15A-Adam Wilt (DNF); 26. 98-Danny Lasoski (DNF); 27. 19M-Brent Marks (DNF); 28. 38N-Nick Schlauch, Jr. No Time
Not that guys like Rahmer and Dewease and Hodnett aren't still very good, but the tide is really turning in PA the past year or so. Hodnett has been fast this year as well, but DD has been right there as possibly the fastest Posse car this year. Guys like DD and Logan Schuchart and Cory Haas and Brent Marks seem to be giving the graybeards all they can handle anymore.

I've never even been to a central Pa track and KNOW that the POSSE is the best local racing competition, period. Cali and K-ville can run with them but time and time again the POSSE dominate their home shows (like tonight).

All BS aside what a great deal for DD. I've been making trips to Central Pa. for 30 years. I've loved the racing and like the people themselves better than anywhere I've been. The Pa. racing is the second-best in the country. The best is not in any of the other places mentioned here so often. It's in INDIANA.

Hey Henry, I have a question, are you related to Kyle Larson?....I only ask this cause if someone says a bad word you defend him like one of your own.... If other people talk about something in another state you find away to put Kyle's name in there so either your related or your his number one PR guy.... Not starting a Fight I'm just curios...

Well let's see I was replying to a post that incorrectly stated only in PA do the outlaws get dominated and well in order to reply that's not the truth of course Kyle is going to come up. You do the math.
Cheers!

Henry, I say this sincerely and not to be snarky. Do you have an example to post where the Outlaws got "dominated" and put one or two cars in the top 10? Again, not being snarky. I don't really remember it ever happening, well, anywhere else. But I would definitely be interested in checking out those results. As someone that actually saw the race on Thursday night, I can honestly say that there wasn't a single Outlaw driver that was a factor in the feature.
It is always interesting how the goalpasts change on this board. LOL. The claim used to be that the PA drivers can only win on one track. Now, there are all these other places where the Outlaws get "dominated."

Correct me if I'm wrong but is there not only one winner at every WoO event? At most WoO events around the country the Outlaw regulars win. At places like PA, CA, IA and OH that is not the same certainty. I've argued ad nauseum in the past with people about how in terms of depth the Posse takes the cake but in terms of top talent you can put CA's best IA's best and OH's best up against each other and they are evenly matched. When you pull as many winged 410s per show on a regular night as PA does your going to have more overall depth. This ain't no nock on the Posse or anyone theyre just the facts the way I see them. Again congratulations goes to the Posse on an outstanding night of racing for the local guys.
Cheers!

To win a race or two elsewhere in the country is commendable to those who can.
To turn their collective asses into also rans is a whole different story.

Heard outlaws were at lincoln last night but didn't see any in top ten. Did they forget to show up?

That's fine, and I was just asking about the claim you put out there about other places where the Outlaws "get dominated." You were the guy that said there were other places where it happens. That was the reason why I was asking to see actual results of races where the Outlaws put only one or two cars in the top 10. With all due respect, you seem to be distancing yourself from your earlier claim.
The Outlaws may very well come back and win both nights at the Grove. But to claim that there are other places where the entire field of Outlaws are turned into non-factors or "get dominated" like what happened at Lincoln, then not offer any results to substantiate the claim seems like hyperbole or creative interpretation of the truth..

When a teenager with very little experience puts a whooping on the big boys last fall at the Gold Cup you know the times they are a changin'. Then another CA local pounds them once and beats them a 2nd time in the same week I think the shine of beating the big boys isn't quite as bright. Of course there was the neutral ground of Florida where the PA boys were obliterated but it's May and that's already forgotten. A great win for Double D's and it's nice to see how many other locals ran so well, it just may be the start of something new after the big 3 have dominated for more than a decade, it's way past due. Should be a great weekend....

welcome to posse soil...look at that top 10...good thing for provisionals and tow money.
Leppo and Hodnett were not racing...and many Port cars didn't bother to show up.
I think the woO officlas blew it when they ran 10 laps in the first hot lap session and 6 or seven in every group after that...as tho our locals have never had to adjust to dismal conditions!
Montieth was the only guy passing cars in the heats but had a crappy TT and was back in the pack racing with Kinser and Sammy in the A Main.
