Jim Nier drove to victory in the 25-lap winged sprint feature at Butler (Mi.) Speedway. Defending track champion Corey Bevard was second, with Brett Mann third, Gerry Hart fourth, and Ken Mackey fifth. Fifteen year old rookie Kyle Flint placed eighth.

It was the first appearance at Butler by Nier in quite some time.
