What happend with the sprint car feature? cut five laps short. no white flag.
no checkerd flag. the drivers did not even know that the race was over.So we were yelling what is going on.then IRA president. Steve Sinclare said we should come down by him so he could beat our A$$es. he sounded like a 5th grader. many times Sinclare has cut our features short and saturday it was no where near curfew!
cutting our sprint features short is stealing from the fans. traveling to plymouth on satudays is what I will do for now on. Joe ROE you will lose your sprint car fans and you lost my family and I.
Steve Sinclare you are about as arrogantas they come.

What race were you at? 114 cars in 5 classes and done by 10:30. Sprints were run 3 of 5. I saw white flag for sure, kinda stumbled with checker. Buy a scanner. Race was shortened 5 laps after the first 2 crashes and before they ever got real green in cause worried about fuel and how cold it was. Heard them talking about feeling rain drops. I thought great opening night, track was great. Looking forward to this week.

I agree great night, track was the best its been in years! Done by 10:30, for 5 classes thats great. But if the flagman woulda had a good handle on the white and checkard no one would of even known the differance if the race was shortened or not. The fact that the drivers continued to drive around made it worse but all in all a great night for a track thats had its ups and downs.
By turning your back on this track, it will disappear! Then you'll really be Bitching. S.S. takes alot of shit but I doubt anyone on this forum could do a good of a job as he does for the gentleman that race for him.

I am not sure about lap count as I did not count them. However I was sitting directly behind the flagman whom displayed the white & checkered. He did not wave them as the turbulance from cars & wind at that time it was hard enough for him to stay on the stand without taking off like a kite. He held both flags out over the track so the competitors could see the flags & he was holding them flat with both arms. I know people that were in the pits and I have not heard that any drivers were complaining.
Folks are correct, don't turn your back on your local short track because next thing you know it will be gone.

69big bad...... I was near the flagman at the end. With the wind and all the dust in the air the flagman did hold the flag tight to him at the finish but they were visible. All drivers knew the race was shortened. I heard what you and your friends said to Sinclair. It was uncalled for. You all were arrogant and called him a pussy and such. You all said he cost mike K the win. Mike would not have caught him even if it was not shortened. People like you should stay away from the track. Get your facts rite, drink a little less bear and grow up. Your group created a scene that was not called for at all. Steve called you over so you all could talk with less volume instead of making sure all around you heard your bullshit. You just gave him the finger, said fuck you and walked off. Steve was not wanting to start a fight and you guys probably couldn't handle one anyways.
I tell it like I see it.

I was behind the flagman and never saw the white or checkerd flag. also while at the track I never called Sinclare any names. and will not. he has ben polite at times but I do think he is arrogant.I also talked to two drivers that said they did not see the white or checkered.

I saw the flagman wave the white flag. The checkered he held between his two hands and didn't wave it in the usual manner. Not sure if it was because of the wind or possibly he just couldn't get it out quick enough. I didn't even notice that the race was shortened 5 laps without the benefit of a scoreboard. All in all I thought it was a good first night for Wilmot. Started on time, program ran pretty smoothly, and in the car headed for home at 10:30. Hope they can keep up the good work.

At least in WI. The IRA/Wilmot rivaly is probbly as old or older than the WoO/PA Posse rivalry. It seems that some people in the country cannot be content with what they have and always want more. Some people will never be happy no matter what. Period!
Have fun over the summer 69bigbad. It would appear that the races you are looking for will never be found.
Just my $.02 worth.

The video is finally on the Wilmot website. The 410 end is included. It looks like the flagman had both the yellow and white in both hands. Then the checkered and yellow at the same time for the finish. A car spun on the back with 2 laps 2 go. Maybe he had the yellow in hand just in case? First time on the flags this season and it was very cold. Either way a white and a checkered were displayed.
I tell it like I see it.
