I have often wondered that
with the popularity , great competition and the seemingly growing
number of 360 sprint car teams and series around the country if the
folks at skagit along with other promoters have considered making the
dirt cup a 360 event ? Any body have any thoughts on that or maybe heard
any thing like that ?

I agree with this statement wholeheartedly.

that has been brought up in the past at other track meetings also, they changed it to the 360 nationals to get people from over the country to come, and only once was there some ascs guys there, other wise just a few from cali and mostly locals, need to change it back. it only pays 10,000 to win, there is way more bigger races that time of the year in the midwest and back east that pay more than coming all the way out here to race

Where is this thunder in the valley race held ? what time of year? and I mean ditch the 360 nats in july and make the jim raper memorial dirt cup in june a 360 event .

No way Jose - Dirt Cup is a 410 event and keep it that way. And, change the 360 Nats back to Thunder in the Valley......
