To all the people that are wondering why other race tracks are well into there race season and Santa Maria Speedway doesn't start til May 5th. Try contacting these people at San Luis County, that don't seem to care and ask them. Had a meeting at the track in Oct with 6 of them from the County. They all acknowledged the FIXABLE, flooding problems. (most of which they caused) And that's where it ended.
