Snyder and Stewart battled almost side by side for the first several laps with Snyder on the very top, Stewart on the very bottom. Stewart just edged by off turn 4 to lead lap 11 but Snyder battled back in turns 1 and 2. Heavy Traffic now a factor with Stewart grabbing the lead for good on lap 15

with a move on the bottom of 1&2. Forler passed Gharst for 4th with 8 to go and the top 5 remained the same from there on out but Snyder dogged Stewart the whole way.

Race ran non-stop for 25 laps. Standing room only crowd.

Jason Danley had motor problems and scratched the entire night. Dave Glennon got upside down in his heat race for the night's only red.

So he didn't run in a heat but he won the feature. Impressive. Guess he was 2nd in last heat.

He is from Decatur, IL ... driving for owners from the SF area. Hope they decide to run Knoxville more than just occasionally!
