He lost the race in lapped traffic...If he ran out of fuel, he sure was able to keep going pretty good for three more laps.

The car was low on fuel & when he was in the lapped traffic you could see it choke down & pick back up right at the time Cory was working around him. Did the same thing off of 4 too. Fortunately he was fast enough to stay ahead of the 3rd place car.

The fuel pickup problem started a few laps from the end, must have been sloshing around as the car chocked / bucked a few times...the jam car is s separate but ongoing problem. Roadblock is being kind compared to the comments from the reserved seat holders sitting near us.

It is Schuchart's job to make a pass, not for anyone to let him by. No one did anything ridiculous in front of him, watch the race. Seemed Haas got around no problem. As Haas said post race, Schuchart decided to go down low. If he went high he could have passed them all.

This right here, this needs to stick. I can't even tell you how many times I cringe when I see drivers coming up behind him.

That's 2 weeks in a row, that the "Royersford Roadblock" has affected the leader of the feature in a negative way. All for a 17th place finish. Some people get it and some just don't. It's a shame too.

2 lower financed teams going for a win that would have been a nice addition to their season bank account. Just seems like someone needs to talk to this kid and set him straight.

It was nice to share some thoughts with you BRR

Maybe you're the one who needs to get it straight. There is video available. Sell went behind Cozze, Schuchart chased Sell behind Cozze. How is he going to pass them when he runs the same line? Haas went around top and passed them his first try without any issue.

Some of you have no clue.

Go to 1:42. Runs the same line around the bottom the whole time. http://www.dirtstation.com/index.php?aid=474

Haas goes high and makes the pass with ease. Like I said, some of you have no clue, and like many sprint car fans, come to conclusions based on nothing or only what you wanted to see.

To mwialski,Seems as if many of the same people commenting on this, feel the same as I do. I know what I saw. Cozze saw the move over flag and moved down. There is no need to be running the top that late in the feature when the leaders are approaching. I agree, Logan probably should have stayed up top, but like BRR said, he was sputtering on fuel. It's just a shame it went down that way. I suppose the incident with Jim Seigel 2 weeks prior was Jims fault as well?

There is no good video of the Siegel one, I don't know. I wouldn't make unfounded assessments like many here. The point is that Schuchart had ample opportunity to make the pass, and him running a less than optimal line (be it out of need or choice) doesn't make it someone else's fault.

After looking at the video multiple times, looks like Logan went low in 1 and 2, ran into Sell, slowed up and got set up out of turn 2. Meanwhile, this allowed Cory Haas to catch up, and MIND YOU he's running the hide side, which looked a wee bit faster.

In turns 3 and 4, Cory just flew right by Schuchart in one take.

Back down the front straight into turn 1, it looks like Schuchart follows his same line before as the previous lap.

Overall, Im going to say this might of been driver error on Schuchart's part. That is my guess.

The rest of you "Keyboard Warriors" can take a hike with your comments.....

Having a little of insight into what happened, I can try to clear this up. Basically the fuel was uncovering the in tank filter which made the car want to shutoff in the middle of the corners. Obviously this got worse the longer the race went on. When you see him go to the bottom of the track behind Derrick Sell, he was already planning on the car shutting off at any second. Basically Logan was trying to limp the car around the track and try to hold onto whatever position he could. Cory deserved the win no doubt, but if there wouldn't have been a fuel issue Logan would have never went to the bottom. Just one of those racing deals.

Where are the smart ass comments now standonit, dirthawk, and bigrightrear?

Stick to watching the races and not commenting, as you have all shown, numerous times, that you don't actually know anything about racing. You see what you want to see and lack any insight or ability to analyze a situation.

You shouldn't critique any drivers when you don't actually have a clue what you're talking about. Sell, Hodnett, or anyone else.

It's been proven that you are not even capable of identifying one. You determined someone was a "roadblock" simply because a driver followed him. Right, good logic. Back to your hole.
