Sorry folks,there was a mis-print in that article regarding a quote from Deery " But, that meant we had to put so much of our resources into paying the water bill, so we ended up having the 2010 taxes fall behind. It was an allocation of resources"
It was meant to read "But that meant we had to put so much of our resources into paying the water bill,so we ended up not paying Sides' point fund money to him,it was an allocation of resources!"
