Well I guess since nobody will bring it up I will. 2 straight nights not making it out of the B main. Thought it was a relevant topic worth discussing.

Goes to show that the quality of competition is about as good as ever no matter how rosy the revisionist glasses are that people wear. It's worth noting as well that Shatz won from the back of an A main at an Allstar show just a few years ago too after he had a problem at the start and went to the rear. That night I watched on dirtvision and it was an epic drive...my how things change.

Just guessing that since he ran so damn poorly that maybe he was testing something new -- since they were just All Star shows ... and IMHO he may want to dump whatever that was and get back to what he was winning with before.

I dislike Schatz very much, but I know he's better than that...so i would have to agree 100% with this statement. They have to be trying something?!

It wouldnt have anything to do with the huge hatred you have had for the man the past 5 years would it. I mean, afterall, you have gone out of your way to show how much you cant stand the guy, not to mention all the negative things you say time and time again about him.

Not 100% sure, but I believe he did about same results during all star shows last couple years.
Same with Sammy, was expecting more from him also.

Most of the Outlaw teams do testing during these shows to try some different products etc. Once the show goes under the Outlaw banner, let's see what happens.

If teams haven't run this year they will run a secondary car on the first night so they have a car shaken down in case
something happens to the primary car which they run on the second night. True, the Outlaw teams will test when points are not to be lost....

There was a reason most intelligent people didn't bring up his All-Star finishes...They were prelims to the season. As much as you follow his results and bash his every move, I am surprised you failed to mention the way he closed out the year last year with wins in Charlotte and the Western Worlds inAZ. or his success down under...Oh yeah, I forgot, you only point out any chinks in his armor. COME ON MAN!
