who's backing this purse... Hopefully this adventure isn't a factor in the 360 purse cuts...

Still waiting for a spec 265 class. These big 305s are way too much money.
Luna's Ford engine style that won 2 WoO titles and 3
Kings Royals before a weight rule against the best EVER
in their prime and now DOMINATES super dirt late model
racing is no longer allowed/wanted in a WoO sprint
car.... Was Luna a miracle worker?

There going to be hurting for cars, so they had to add a 360 purse to a 305 race to get cars to come. Pretty sure there going to find out how loyal racesaver drivers are. Been there done that

Where are the blocks gonna come from? None around here in any of the yards.Maybe out in the country, but in the city, scrap price reigns supreme, and there are very few of these cars on the road anymore....John S.

There are plans in Fargo for a new class of sprint cars using the same engine they use in the B-Mods (including a 2 barrel carb). A friend of mine who has driven B-mods for several years said that 12 or 13 drivers have "plans" to build them. He said that Danny Schatz may lend/give several old sprint car chassis to them. I heard this 3 months ago and have heard nothing on the RRV speedway site about it, possibly a 2013 deal, who knows. Might seem like a slow sprint car, but it'd be like a B-mod dropping a thousand pounds---that would be pretty fast.
PS to my signature line: "Don O'Neal's Late Model captures the 2011 Knoxville Nationals and Jimmy Owens wraps up the title in the Lucas Oil LM series both w/Cornett Chevy power, also you could count on one hand the number of non-bowtie engines in the three-class field of 141 Charlotte Final's night entrants as well as the Knoxville Late Model nationals". That's not going to change anytime soon.
Lawlessness and liberalism equals Hell. NY City,
Detroit, Seattle, Chicago, Minnepolis, etc. We saw it.
Burning hundreds of buildings, a thousand assaults and
dozens of murders. Getting worser and worser.

They run 2bbl sprints in OK - they call them 'Champ Sprints' and have a fairly decent following.
