Not on the Outlaw tour. On Winged Nation he stated he is going to run wherever or whenever he wants.

AFAIK if you sign in and pay at the pit gate you can race - as long as you're old enough and not 'visibly intoxicated'... but I 'could' be wrong again - seems to be happening a lot lately....

When you look at some of the guys that have worked the handicapping system to one career win at Lincoln in recent years, it is kinda hard to believe Cooper never got a win there for as long as he ran there.
