Wonder if anyone, by chance, might have pictures of the Black No. 40 sprint car driven by Ron Shuman, Eddie Leavitt and others in the late 70's? This was a very unique car with an inboard coil-over front end. I won many races, including the Western World at Phoenix.
Thanks

That car was last owned by Rich Brahmer and ran as the 26 from 1980 to about1982. There was a picture of it on the front page of the August 15, 1980 Des Moines Tribune sports page being pushed in the pits be his 2 lady pit crew.

This was one awesome car. I saw it at the Hartford Open in Hartford, South Dakota driven by Mike Brooks.
