yesterday @ Lowes, I was standing back letting the women figure out what they wanted ( A new light fixture & ceiling fan ) for my step daughters house in which I was nominated to put them up. I was trying to stay in the center of the aisle out of everybodys way when I caused a traffic jam. As a fella was passing by I looked as you often do when you see someone kinda close. He got about a foot passed me when I said Frankie. He stopped & shook my hand & asked me how I was doing like he'd known me forever. Hell it'd been what 12 years since he up & quit, moved to N.C.. I recognized him right away. I just did'nt get the chance to talk to 1 of my all time favorite sprint car drivers Frankie Kerr very long. But it did make my day.

One night after the races I asked Frankie whatever happened to the punk kid that got fired out of the 23S before he got into it...he laughed his ass off with me.
