As I listen to yesterdays winged nation, he talks about how he can't commit to anything he's waiting for a NASCAR ride above anything else. I understand his reasoning, but wouldn't it help his potential NASCAR career if he would just commit to running with USAC or WoO and go out and dominate rather than sit on the couch and not race? You might get a sprint car sponsorship to carry over with you?

I didn't take that it was necessarily Kevin not being committal.
Sounded to me like owners weren't willing to commit either, he mentioned running a weekend in FL, but since he couldn't commit to EVERY race in FL, the owners decided to do something different (or go with a different driver).
I wouldn't be surprised if he runs some for Tod Quiring and Big Game, but I think it will be even less than 2011 as it sounded like the trailer and some of the other equipment had been sold to other teams (sounded like the trailer went to Chris Luck and Stevie Smith).

Last year dirt stuff was the majority of his schedule...I believe he ran an ARCA race and a Nationwide race, other than that he ran the chili bowl, about 80% of kville races, and a few Outlaw races...so why not commit to what you're already doing?

If I heard right, this past year Sammy owned the truck & trailer, not sure about the rest of the equipment though.
