Okay, for those of us that ordered this, a couple other observations.

Whose paint/vinyl wrap looked best? I gotta go with Gordon. That Dupont scheme looked AWESOME on a late model. Thought Bowyer's car looked good and I liked Kenny Wallace's Jeg's colors.

I wish the announcers would have told us whose car the guys were driving. We knew that Schrader, Newman, Elliott, Wallace and Labonte were in cars they own. Gordon was in Clint Smith's ride and Martin was in Billy Moyer's. I would have liked to known about the rest of the field.

I thought Gordon's car looked awsome too. I did not like Walace's car looks like a big bananna on the track lol.  Boyer was in his own car so was Red Farmer. I think Stewart either was in his own car or was in "kid rocket" car.

You're right about Stewart, forgot. His car. Are you sure about Red? I had the impression that he was driving someone else's piece but I'm probably wrong.

So if we add those three to the five I mentioned, that means almost a third of the field was made up of cars owned by their drivers. Pretty cool.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that Gordon's car was one of the sharpest looking race cars that I've ever seen. This sounds funny but when they first showed that car, I almost got shivers up and down my spine. LOL

I LIKE ALL THE CARS THEY LOOKED GREAT, I THOUGHT TONY'S CAR WAS COOL, BUT HE IS MY FAVORITE DRIVER. I DID LIKE THE ONES WHO HAD THERE CAR PAINTED LIKE THERE CUP CAR, I'M NOT A GORDON FAN BUT HIS CAR LOOKED PRETTY GOOD TO, I THOUGHT IT LOOKED BETTER THAN HIS CUP CAR.

It was stated before Qualifying that only 5 drivers of the 25 there owned the cars they were driving. Kenny Wallace #36, Bill Elliott #9, Ryan Newman #39, Bobby Labonte #43 and Kenny Schrader #99 were all the drivers driving their own cars at Eldoras Prelude to the Dream.

I agree that I'd like to have known who was driving who's car other than Gordon in Clint's and Martin in Moyers.

As for which wrap looked the best, Gordons was no question.

Jeff's car without a doubt, I did like Mark's car also, and it was good to see 74 yr old Red Farmer just having a blast as if he was still a young guy, that was a great show and for a good cause, I am ready to see the Mod Show on Speed, that should be a good one to...

What mod show on speed?.

Also, at the time I was not interested in the race - much less paying for it - but now it sounds like I should have.

Thank you for posting the pics. First chance I have had to see what the cars looked like. Agreed by pics, Gordans looks sharp. Wonder what one of those late models would look like if it was painted as the Batmobile? Would be perfect PR for the next Batman movie. A late model painted as the batmobile.

David, this race may have promoted dirt track racing like we haven't seen in years! They need to follow up with the intensity. It's bragging rights just like the Chili Bowl.

While I'm not a fan of Nascar it does seem that some of the cup drivers seem to be taking more interest in dirt this year. A few drivers have committed to run a few USMTS races this season too.

I like dirt!
