Once again more BS from the king of it. That night Kevin made the A from the 4th row, not easy to do at the Grove. Who'd he pass to get there, Lucas Wolfe, Brian Leppo and Mark Smith all touted as FOAW. The kid then went on and won an Outlaw show in Charlotte to become the youngest W of O winner of all-time, not too shabby. When was the last time ANY Posse driver went on the road and one an Outlaw show, let alone a teenager. The FOAW does nothing against the best in the bizness while the real FOAW like Ricky hit the highway to improve their game, wake up.

MSPN: Congratulations, you are the greatest of all time. Those of us that might respect what you have done tend to lose that respect over time by reading some of your posts. Knowledgeable you are and many times you are correct, but your feuds have clouded the things you type here.

I bought a ticket to the Indy 500 and sat next victory lane where I was surrounded by throngs of onlookers and I took pics of Sam Hornish wiht my camera phone. I've sold tens of thousands of them on EBay.Does that count?? Can I now be a member of this super special club.

...since when do you have to be "validated" to have an opinion on sprint car racing...
...holy shit !...here I thought NASCRAP people took themselves a little too seriously...

here is the whole story from the "night before" the now famous Nelligan meltdown in the VIP section, notice that the author of the BRR Report credited the 1 car with the "Pass of the Night".

Heat 4 Action: |
Schatz takes the early lead as McCarl drops to 7th. Kevin Swindell on the extreme bottom, prying his way forward. Lap 3: The Hammer gets sideways ahead of the 24 in turn 4 but continues, Smith spins to avoid and collects the 17b, who exits on the hook. Smith returns. Restart order: 15, U1, 5w, 1, 71 / 24, 30, 28, 49, 1z. Lap 4: The Hammer moves into 4th as Leppo fades trying to run No Man's Land on the top. McCarl receives the POSSE Red Carpet Ride, backwards, DNT.
You might NOTICE that Kevin also passed McCarl to "get there"...no mention in the Mulligan version of the night of the A Main action....where as Coachbob would say "ole Rocky was AWOL", just ahead of the 83
Notice that provisionals were taken by two of the best young guns on the tour. Schatz goes on to run 15th behind MANY of the FOAW.
there is a certain irnoy to what the foggy memory choses not to retain...

Return to Action: |
Kevin stops under caution, pushed to pits, out of fuel? Kinser and Kreitz take to the bottom and move by Sammy in the challenge for 4th. |
Theme: |
Miserable ass track conditions after a run of perfect tracks in recent months. Good POSSE Performance, spitting the Top 10 and field. Looks like 6 Outlaws were parked for the A Main! Not on par with 4 local cars making the A as in parts unknown, but we have to start somewhere with our comparisons. |
Prime Mover: |
Pittman: Finished 9th from 21st. |
Pass of the Night: |
Kevin Swindell in Heat 4. Blowing by the 30, 24, 71, 5w. |
Crowd Pleasing Moment : |
Paulus tags the rear of Heat 4 after missing TT due to the connection to the turn 3 fence. Made his way thru the field and pulled even with the Hammer and RODE A FULL SPEED WHEELIE TO THE FLAGS…missing the transfer by a photo finish, and spinning on the bottom after he put'er down. Simply amazing, and clearly the Crowd Pleasing Moment for the traveling Mechanicsburg native. |
FOAW Spotlight : |
Leppo DENIED McCarl (6 Time Kville Champion) an A Main start, just one night after holding off Rahmer for 33 straight laps at the Lincoln. Lucas Wolfe struggled on dismal track conditions. Erdley hits Shaffer as he was moving forward in the heats. Mark Smith spun in his heat after the Hammer got sideways in front of him. |
Attrition: |
TT: Shepard NT, Paulus hard in the wall in turn 3, back up car for 1 lap. |
Hard Luck Award: |
The BHG Hard Luck Award tonight went to Young who flipped twice. The BRR Hard Luck Award goes to Paulus who wrecks in TT, brings out the back up and nearly transfers after the best wheelie of all time, ALL THE WAY TO THE FLAGS…AT SPEED. |
WTF: |
Track Conditions: Pathetic. Stevie Smith and Sides nearly collide on the backstretch as BOTH cars are pushed off for TTs, Sides from the FS and Smith from the BS. |

Track Note: |
Back to CLEARING the scoreboard after the events…I guess the advertising is not selling as planned. |

Yeah I went east for the USAC races, and rain at Williams Grove too, then made it back in time to go to Kokomo as well.
Big Diamond was OK, but Grandview was better.

G-View was without a doubt the best show. Clayton is a pleasure to watch, I just wish we got a few more laps out of him at G-View before he got stuffed in the wall. He spent as much time on 2 and 3 wheels as he did on 4. Great swing for the USAC boyz and the PA tracks that stepped up and booked them. The crowds were great, and I heard talk that USAC is looking for 6 dates in PA for 08.............SWEEEEEEEET!!
Still lookin' for the stats on total # of photo's sold somewhere/anywhere. I Googled it to no avail. Mikey, perhaps you can direct us to the statistical information that you refer to..............otherwise your claims are just like all the rest of your schtick............

independent verification is always the most reliable indicator.
not sure why FISH erased/edited several posts above...they were real funny while they lasted...maybe the MSPN intenet help desk intervened?

Yadda, yadda, yadda, who cares, trust me, I don't. I hit the pillow every night with a clear conscience and nothing but great thoughts of the many years spent in the sport. You clowns are merely speedbumps in an otherwise paved road with no speed limit, man it sure was fun. Take It Easy....

Drak, you need to check with my accountant, lol or try to find some taxforms, that'll be a test. Maybe ask some of the shooters what quantity was their top selling enlargement of all-time, seriously, if they have 3 or 4 in the multi thousands then get back to me. Heck, if any of 'em even sold what I kept in my van as inventory I'll be impressed. You need to do this for your own good, this bothers you a lot since you've brought it up so often. I eagerly await your 'honest' reply, lol. Hurry now, Take It Easy.....

I only question you on this and bring it up when you do Mikey...............take notice.
What honestly bothers me, as well as countless others, is your appetite for quoting statistics to validate your claims, and then having nothing to back up this fantasy that you keep spouting. Physician, heal thyself!!! The fool who makes the claim has to prove it.............I won't be questioning any other photog's, Lord knows there's only one arrogant enough to make this claim.........just you Mikey. A simple statistic or proof of your claims as a legendary photog retailer is all I am asking for. Where do they keep such records Mikey?? How do you come about to make this claim?? Did you keep track of every other photog in the continental US, or is it just another story from your years on the road that no one ever called you on cuz they just wanted you to STFU?? I will not persue your accountant Mikey...........we both know that's a crock. Just bring some sort of proof to the table to back up your claim.........that's all I ask. Put up or STFU.
I guess we all know by now that you won't STFU, but without the proof or some kind of validation........it's all lies and unfounded drivel Mikey. Take it easy now......

The PMP van is the main stay these days, although I did
have to break out the POS van for a backup ride to Haubstadt a couple
weeks ago, after the PMP encountered problems in Lawrenceburg the night
before.
I almost took the POS van to Pa. for the USAC races, but it developed an exhaust leak just before heading to Pa. and I had told Eckert he could ride back to Indy with me if he needed to. Even though the POS van is legendary,I think just the looks of it scares most people off from riding in it. Bob Clauson always gets a kick out of seeing it at the tracks though...........

Was it? That's the only one I could make it to, so I'm glad to hear it was the good one. Hell, I drove 4 1/2 hours just to see it as I live north of Syracuse. Worth the trip though.
