I'm watching the pre-race show now, it appears that there is no support class. This is gonna be good, Montoya has never raced on dirt, never seen a late model and hasn't even sat in one until today! Plus, we get to see Gordon, Stewart, JJ, Newman and Blaney back at Eldora!

So Hawk... any early predictions?
Fenders are like vacuums... they both suck.

HBO Pay-per-view, $24.95. All proceeds go to the Victory Junction Gang camp.

What a race! To bad Jeff Gordon didn't win though. CONGRATULATIONS to Carl Edwards. Elliot flipped pretty good in heat 1. Glad to see he was ok. Cant wait until next year. LETS GO RACIN!!

A great race! Edwards won it with Bush and Gordon closing in fast.

If only it was free so people everywhere could have seen that. GREAT racing, and even better to see them not BS the sponsor stuff. If that was on during the next rain delay at a cup race, I think people who are Nascar only, would see what some real racing is like.

I am glad it was not "free", nice to know my money went to help children in need.

I have to say that I think I may have converted atleast 3 people to the dirt side of life, I rented the race and had a few buddies over and they absolutely loved it, the Newman-Elliot wreck in the first heat really grabbed their attention. It was a great race and we're already planning a trip to Eldora for "Prelude to the Dream IV" next season. It feels so great to get other people intersested in the sport that I love more than life.

Best comment: The piece about Dale Earnhart, Sr. trying to intimdate Jeff Gordon, Jeff's stepfather telling him that it was the green #11 passing you, while your already running on the high side at Eldora - was intimating.
Worst comment: Dick B. "these are $20-$40 cars". (he's clueless)
Maybe Tony & HBO can team up to broadcast the Kings Royal in the future.

Super Chuck agrees, awesome race. Thinking that Jeff Gordon earned a lot of respect last night as he absolutely drove the wheels off it after a 16 year dirt hiatus--very impressed! Great broadcast overall. The only complaint would be the Redneck Announcing Crew (Mr. Boogity himself, Kyle Petty & Mike Joy) could have done a little homework on the cars so they didn't sound so clueless, but what do you expect right? Overall it was a great show and showcased dirt racing to a lot of new fans. Good job Smoke.
