So, with the press release just put out does this mean that Chris Luck & Chad Clemmons have started a new team for Stevie Smith separate from Elite Racing? I did see any mention of Jason Meyers or Elite Racing in the release. Just wondering what this deal is and is it for the whole Outlaw deal?
