I agree with LC. When I go watch the WoO I want to see Steve Kinser. If he has trouble early I still want to see him race in the feature. And like LC said, many times it's more exciting watching a guy come from the back, ala Shane Stewart. Provisionals don't take a spot away from a guy who did race his way in. It just gives us more cars in the feature. How is that a bad thing! Provs are simply a reward for being loyal to the series. A fallback for the occasional bad luck that may strike. It's not like the same guy can use one every night anyway. They only get a limited amount and its not that many. I see the need and am firmly in the FOR column.

That's fine, just take away the points AND money from anyone that takes a provisional. After all, it's for the fans.

Would love to see an ASCS show at 34 Raceway or Lee County Speedway in SE Iowa. With the Invader 360s, Knoxville guys and the possibility of some MO/IL cars I would think they could have a very good car count and put on an awesome show.
Anyone know what ASCS is charging for a sanctioning fee?
