Out of gits and shiggles, would you support the NCRA modified division if it was brought back for 2012?

I feel it should pay $800 to win and $150 to start.

Please vote above.

Will they want us on hoosier tires? I cant really justify buying a whole new set of tires so I can race with ncra for 6-8 races a year. All the usra tracks wont allow hoosiers. I think thats the reason this deal wont work.

1!!!

if you are talking about the south Modifieds that ran in Oklahoma, I am from the Wichita area, but would like to see that series back again. I would plan to support every show!

On American Racer tires!!!

just like 2010.

You will get as much as you are willing to give.

Work hard and anything is possible!

I got to thinking tonight (scary thought huh?)

This year NCRA and their modified division took on the USRA track regulars at Humboldt Speedway. Over forty cars were on hand, about half representing NCRA and the other half representing the track/USRA. While a USRA regular (no mixing or matching of rules - one or the other) an NCRA car led most of the race until a late race caution bunched up the field allowing a track regular to take the win.

I have never got results from Enids Winter Nationals but I know they allowed either USRA rules or NCRA rules only and Travis Johnson (NCRA rules I think) came from the back to finish second.

So the tire and other rules are not an issue (per John Allen as he done a day long tire test of both tires last year as to why the Humboldt NCRA/USRA show happened.) Would you go support the NCRA modified division (north) if they came to Oklahoma for a couple of races that allowed USRA and NCRA rules (no mixing of rules)? Not saying it would happen, hell NCRA doesn't even know I am asking and may not go for it.

But what do you think?

For me David just going off your thought, if they had shows here in Oklahoma that was a single day show and I could run my AR tires I would try to make it to as many shows I could make it too. Just my 2 cents tho.

On a dry slick track an American Racer KK704 will not compete with a Hoosier A40.

I guess John Allen doesn't know what he is talking about then.

This past season NCRA went to Humboldt Speedway for a show. In the 20 car A feature 11 were on the kk704 tires, 9of them was on the Hoosier A40 tires. At Enid 2 of the top 5 was on kk704's. Both tracks were dry slick, Looks pretty even to me.

Let me ask you this. If I had both tires I would run the Hoosier A40 before I would run the KK704. Now go ask Johnny Allen about that
