Hello All:
I'm in the process of putting together a historical section for the Redwood Speedway website and I'm just short on a few things in the Sprint Car division. Over the years the track sanctioned with IMCA, and they also ran un-sanctioned. I've been able to track down all the track champions who ran under the IMCA banner, I need a little help trying to find the rest. Does anyone know who was Sprint Car Point Champions at Redwood Speedway during the following years? 1994, 1996, 1997 and 1999. I don't know if we have any Minnesota Modified fans on here but I also have some questions in that division. I'm searching for the champions for the following years for the Mods: 1995, 1996 and 1997.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would say Curt Lund could possibly be the answer to any of those years in both classes
when the green flag drops, the bullshit stops!

I would ask GRP over on Stan's Minnesota board. I know he has been keeping records for decades and might know.

I have everything from 1992-2011 other than 1994, 1996, 1997 and 1999. Any idea where I could find anything?

I thought I had this but I don't.
You might check the following, former promoter I think was Bob Allen at Arlington, If IMCA sanction you could check with IMCA as they probably have back up information, think Brett Root. Hawkeye Racing news, contact Jim Morrison at HRN or the Sprint Car HOF. They will have HRN from that time and it might be in the end of the year additions. They have a person who comes periodically and files papers, John Nelson I think, who probably would be able to search for them. Contact Tom Schmeh at the HOF for assistance.
If you can't find it then, in the spring I could search the HOF but probably not until then.

Doug Johnson/Tom Savage had a number of point standings in Dirt Track Fury. He may have Redwood in there. Mine are boxed away but can pull them out if you still don't have the information.
Murphy, to pick on you a bit. Did you read what the guys title is?
