Okay I guess I can tell it now. Here goes.
After Dorothy woke up, all the midgets in Oz and the Good Witch of the North, had to find some place to go. I don't know what happened to all the little people, but the Good Witch of the North moved to Iowa, and eventually became a sprint car fan.
She's a bit too pretentious though, since she prefers her 'floating bubble' instead of a suite , or a grandstand seat. And..................uh.................oh wow..........................my meds are kicking in...................................................................................................

That would be the opening from the lense into the camera body, in other words known as the fstop which controls the amount of light. Nice try on the ghost.
