As an actual licensed attorney, there is no guilty party, just liable party, this is a civil case. And I do not have all the facts so I won't give an opinion, except that the losers in this case are the fans.

If you are sick and tired of hearing the drama why not skip over the threads and not read them? Why start a new thread titled Jason Sides vs.WRG/WRG vs. Jason Sides? I know why! Because you have the American right fo freedom of speech! That's right, that is your right, as, It is my right and everyone elses right to do the same. This is one of the biggest things going on in sprint car land. Sides has many fans, family and friends. They also have the right as you do to talk about, give opinions, and defend him. I'm not trying to be a dick or anything but come on man, don't bash people for standing up in something they believe in. The goverenment does enough of that!

It will never get to be heard... look for an out of court settlement in a couple months.

Even if WRG wins the lawsuit, I think WRG is also the loser with all the bad PR and this must have an effect on how ALL the drivers perceive the WRG. Will the drivers in all the classes view WRG as "fair" company to do business with?
Remember, the only people who win a lawsuit are the lawyers!
