Who is crazy enough to spend 60 grand for a small block chev?

How much grass does Clemens mow to pay for Freddie's hot rod and also help Stevie?

Is their anything uglier on wheels than a dirt late model?

What do they need to do to make the top the place to be so its exciting like Eldora? Madsen gave it a great try.

Are the modifieds truly big blocks or just big small blocks?

Luna's Ford engine style that won 2 WoO titles and 3
Kings Royals before a weight rule against the best EVER
in their prime and now DOMINATES super dirt late model
racing is no longer allowed/wanted in a WoO sprint
car.... Was Luna a miracle worker?

Charlotte hasn't been known as a great Sprint Car track - I think the configuration is just a little off.

I don't mind Late Models, but I would drive by a $10,000 to win LM shows to watch a $1500 to win Sprint show anytime.

I thought tonight was the best racing they've had at the Finals. Pretty exciting stuff and the telecast coverage was very good and the best show they've done. They're replaying it right now if anyone missed it.

Did I MISS the 4th and 5th Sprint heat or did I pass out? I only saw heats 1-3...

I thought the same thing too ... odd there was no mention of those heats on the broadcast (at least that I saw). But otherwise it was the best show they've done so far IMHO.

I didnt miss any heats (or dont think I did?). They didnt even mention the sprint C for sure... Brown tore a car up in it, said they sent them out to race with water standing on the track. I tend to believe that because it looked pretty sloppy still at the start of the B (or last chance). Overall I was pretty impressed with the broadcast and track conditions compared to the usual Charlotte shows.

I agree with everyone who said it was the best broadcast they've done. The racing in general was really good, and that was the best sprint car race they've had at that track in recent years. The broadcast was solid and put dirt track racing in a good light.

I'd have to agree but the biggest improvement for me was keeping Sarah Jane Hunt off the telecast crew.

Modifieds are a 467 ci BIG BLOCK engine, there is also a limited class that runs in the northeast that have a 358 ci small block.

Sorry Sarah Jane Hunt, but your voice just didn't fit in with 8-900 HP race cars and their drivers. Man, that clay is the brightest orange I've ever seen. The Madsens will get it right next time, but for now it's "flying to Aussieland", the season has already started. Next stop World Sprint Car website.

PS to my signature line:
"and 99% of all of your local track racer's street stockers, A- Mods, B-Mods, dirt mods, limited late models, unlimited late models and winged and non-winged sprint
cars use Chevy power; PS - you could count on one hand the number of non-bowtie engines in the field of 141 Charlotte Final's night entrants"

Lawlessness and liberalism equals Hell. NY City,
Detroit, Seattle, Chicago, Minnepolis, etc. We saw it.
Burning hundreds of buildings, a thousand assaults and
dozens of murders. Getting worser and worser.

Nice to see the Posse leave the porch for a change and even nicer to see them near the back of the pack for the most part, as to be expected. Next up, the Florida whooping and in about 7 months you have your one track wonders show at the Grove......

Personally, I think the ugly award goes to the modifieds
when the green flag drops, the bullshit stops!
