You are partially correct. It is indeed 3 in a row for Meyers, but being's the Morgan Cup left in the 7S trailer, I believe it is 4 in a row for the outlaws.

Oh, take it easy on Cubic. It isn't right to kick a man when he is down. Maybe **tch slap him a few times....but not kick.
I have been on the side of fighting the good fight and making fun of Posse to no end. It is a losing battle, with their stubbornness. One thing I love about them. Never say die attitude.

Morgan Cup was NOT a Official Woo Race ; was it ? no tts; heats dash or feature ; just a short race for Bragging rights and yes Outlaws Won by Jason Sides !

Pittman had it, a bazillion yellows didn't help. He pissed away 50G on that restart. The crowd was really behind him though. Good run for Henderson, he looked good all night. One of the true good guys of the sport, he changed his residency to Minersville, PA so hopefully he sticks around a couple more years, he's a treat to watch every weekend. Shame for Steve Buckwalter, had a top 5 car, maybe even more.
If you give the best driver in the world 4 chances to start next to you, eventually he's going to capatilize.
Once again, I want my 18-second laps back and MSPN poking fun at the World's Slowest Half Mile, because when it's fast (16.1 in TT's), it's not nearly as good of racing.
I don't know about others, but it didn't feel like the National Open with it being a one day show.
Why did Lynton Jeffrey haul 15+ hours to take 2 TT laps and park it? Was looking forward to seeing him run.
Anxiously awaiting Cubic's diagnosis of what happened. Should be fun to watch everyone get their panties in a bunch.
Had fun as usual, and that's what it's all about, see all you haters in May.

The track was pretty good for the feature. Felt bad for Pittman, but he got spooked by Meyers' slider on the previous start and just didn't get going like he needed to.
Not to gloat or anything, but in the era of the "Streak", the last 3 big money races at the Grove have seen $120k being taken out of Pennsylvania.

18 second laps in 1988 were cool. Give me that nice cushion they did everything but grate and jet dry to knock down any day. Meyers is indeed the best in the world right now. Thank God he doesn't have Toyota plastered all over him with NASCRAP dollar signs in his eyes like Larson. Good talent sticking around and not going down to the land of lies is a beautiful thing anymore.

Jason Meyers is the man right now, at lap 30 he was 4th and I didn't think he had a chance. Both him and Schatz are two of the best I've ever seen on restarts, everytime it's a free spot for them. Pittman had one too many restarts and Meyers flat beat him on it. On lap 30 the running order was 8 pa cars in the top 10, ha, then the wheels fell off, but it was still a pleasure to see the best field in the country on a fast racy track.
The KKR and TSR teams should really start to take notice to the Elite team. They're not short on money, but last night Kinsers car was spitting smoke from about lap 15 on and never really showed speed after that, Schatz went from 3rd to 7th in his heat, Darrah's went from 3rd to 8th in his heat, then the car broke while running in the B transfer spot, Saldana went from 3rd to 7th in his heat....seems to me these little mechanical things and not being able to put a decent setup in the cars from time to time is the clear difference. Jason Meyers cars seem bulletproff...never breaks a motor, never see him smoking, nothing falls off the car, never seems to just "miss" a set up and go straight backwards. Attention to detail is winning championships.

If Buckwalter had a real engine, he would have been hard to beat. The thing was on 7 cylinders most of the night and he was still in the hunt.

That became apparent as the feature went on. He looked like the fastest car on the track in his heat and I thought he was a little better than Pittman, but on one of those last restarts it's just never came back up to speed. The 35 team does still have ties to Charlie Garrett as well on the engine side, and I don't think that's a secret why they were in the hunt.

It was definitly eye-opening and impressive when Stevie B. rolled around Pittman up top.
And I agree about Charlie Garrett - Henderson had a bullet under him last night. And Meyers always seems to have the upperhand with horsepower.
Forgot to mention a solid effort from Nicole Bower. Went out late, qualied well as usual then shocked me when she held on her heat. Wasn't too surpised however when she dropped like a rock in the feature. She could turn into a very good driver if she can get down this whole "fast when there are cars around me" thing, lol. But all in all, impressive night for her and she should be proud of what she was able to accomplish.

If at this point if you HONESTLY (because I think you may be playing a Cubic role here) don't think Pittman is Posse, then nobody is Posse. Posse is just a nickname term for Central Pennsylvania regulars. Hence, Tim Shaffer, Danny Holtgraver, etc, who are Pennsylvania born, aren't Posse.
Tonight is the first night since Nationals that Daryn will race outside of PA.

I HONESTLY know Pittman is from Oklahoma and claiming anyone who drives a car from a Pa or raced in Pa more than once or visited Pa or flew over Pa or etc etc ,doesn't make you now posse member for life , its grasping at straws trying to pretend your area has the best racers ,,the best racers on the planet are from cali ,its a fact just deal with it
