'Thunder in the Valley' ASCS Sprints TONIGHT at Valley Speedway

A huge night of sprint car racing takes place tonight (Fri. October 7) at Valley Speedway, just East of Kansas City in Grain Valley, Missouri. It's the season finale for the Speedway Motors ASCS Warrior Region with a star-studded field set for competition. Midwest Lightning Sprints and Midwest Mod Lites are also on the card. Racing gets underway at 7:00 p.m.
National ASCS stars Jason Johnson, Tony Bruce Jr., Tim Crawley, Wayne Johnson, and Seth Bergman are also slated to compete as well as Danny Lasoski. Brad Loyet is poised to clinch his first-ever Speedway Motors ASCS Warrior Region title.
In addition, a post-race concert of area bands will be held.
The semi-banked, 1/3-mile Valley Speedway clay oval is located in Grain Valley, MO, just east of Kansas City off of I-70 Exit 24, then 0.9 miles south on Main Street, then 0.4 miles east on Old US 40. For more information, contact the track at 816-349-9283. www.valleyspeedway.com
