Kaeding Eyes USAC 4 Crown Nationals

Kaeding Eyes USAC 4 Crown Nationals

PETERSEN MEDIA- After a disappointing second place finish last weekend in Santa Maria, CA, Bud Kaeding will now turn his attention to the USAC 4 Crown Nationals on Saturday night as he is set to compete in his BK Motorsports Sprint Car and Silver Crown car as he looks to pick off the two historic events at the Eldora Speedway.

Bouncing back and forth between racing in California, and running USAC events the former silver crown champion looks to pick up the popular win, and avenge his last USAC Sprint Car outing where he hopped the cushion at the Knoxville Raceway while leading the National event back in August, and a 20th place run at the Ultimate Challenge in Oskaloosa, IA.

Though Bud has only made a limited amount of starts aboard his USAC Sprint Car, he is always a threat to steal the show when he takes the wing off.

On the Silver Crown side of things, Kaeding has been a dominant force over the last few years when he has been in action.

2011 has seen Bud not yet break into victory lane with the Silver Crown series, but his consistency has him sitting 6th in championship standings.

Last year during this event, Kaeding scored a 4th in the Sprint Car portion of the event, and a sixth in the Silver Crown portion.

“This is one of those events you mark on your calendar every year,” said Kaeding. “It has so much prestige, and means so much to win, we are defiantly looking to pick up both races this year!.”

Bud Kaeding would like to thank Kaeding Performance, Alviso Rock, BZE, Factory Kahne Shocks, Racing Optics, K&N Filters, Yak Graphics, ButerBuilt, and Brown and Miller for their continued support in 2011.
