Cowtown Speedway 9/17: RaceSaver Sprint Cars Plus 6 Classes

Kennedale, TX (9/13/11) by DarinShort.com. This Saturday September 17th at Cowtown Speedway in Kennedale Texas will include seven racing divisions, featuring RaceSaver Sprint Cars. There is no entry fee in any of the racing divisions.
Joining the RaceSaver Sprint cars will be the Modifieds, Limited Modifieds, Cowtown Bombers (reminder, IMCA legal Hobby Stocks are legal to run with the Bombers), Winged A-class 600’s (on the ¼ mile track), Winged Restricted 600’s (on the Action Track) and Street Stocks will round out the racing card. The Modifieds and Limited Modifieds will be racing for regular track purse. The Limited Modifieds will not be racing for track points. Kid’s candy call will also take place during intermission.
On the grandstand side, regular event pricing will be in effect, with adult tickets $10 for ages 12 and up, ages 6-11 will be $5; and all kids 5 and under are
free!
Reminder, Earlier Saturday Start Times Are In Effect: Gates open at 5pm and racing starts at 7pm. All pit passes on Saturday September 17th are $25, and there is a $10 draw fee for each car in the Cowtown point’s classes.
Fans can bring in a drink cooler (size of a 6-pack) as long as they do not have glass containers.
Here are the highlights of upcoming September events:
Saturday, September 24: $1,000 to win Late Models, $1,000 to win Trailer Race, $500/win Bikini Contest; plus Double Points Championship night for all Cowtown point classes (Mods, Ltd. Mods, Bombers, A-Class 600's, Restricted 600's). There is a $50 entry fee for Trailer Race. Late Model drivers that have questions about their race details; please contact Patrik Daniel. Note that special event pricing will be in effect for the 9/24 event, with adult tickets priced at $15.
