You guys have officially lost it. Seriously? The same show was $18 back in March. I will pay the $35 but a good friend will not (can't more like it) and I can assure you that while you will get my $35 I will not spend another dime while I am there. I have a long standing policy of "if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything" when it comes to Silver Dollar Speedway but this violates that in a big way. The Vermeil was $25. In my case I only get to go one night so I chose this one but was not expecting to have to mortgage the house to have a fun night at my local speedway. For those thinking they are going to come up Friday and Saturday you may want to check the equity in your home before you make the trip. OR just come up for the party like we used to do in the past. Explains why I found so many people hanging out in the campground on Thursday night last year when I checked in. Good thing I like non-wing racing.

I agree...especially when the same series at other California tracks are a lot cheaper....However I have been a big supporter of Silver Dollar this year and have to say that last nights race was awesome...the best of the year......and the track surface was great...
The older I get, the faster I used to be.
