Just for some of you who may not be aware, they have moved the final race night for Lawton to the following Saturday, 9/10/11. No races this Saturday, 9/3.

It would be nice to see some lawton cars at ada on saturday night!!!!

If they paid any money maybe I would. Last time I went there finished 3rd and 5th went to the pay window thinking well this should be decent pay to help pay for the long trip and the expense, man was I wrong $55.00 didn't even get close to the probably $300.00 we spent getting there. Loved the track and I know racing is not a money making deal but it has to somewhat help pay the expenses.

I heard that....finished 6th at Ada and got $40 for my the effort. Ran 11th at Ardmore and got $60. They make up at the pay window for the transponder rental. Also this weekend is FREE pit passes to the drivers in stock car classes and limited mods. FREE into the grandstands for veterans too. (must have some sort of ID proving you're a current or retired vet)
