unofficial results for Sprint Invaders at Columbus Junction, IA on 5/27...

24 cars total

Heat 1: 1. 35 Brian Hetrick; 2. 00 Larry Pinegar; 3. 3G Lance Gullo; 4. 14P Rager Phillips; 5. 49 Josh Schneiderman; 6. 29 Matt Rogerson; 7. Dustin Selvage. John Schulz scratched from this heat. Selvage had a healthy lead early but pulled off the race track to bring out a yellow with five to go. Phillips brought the second yellow with three to go when he slowed. Schneiderman was running fourth but his nose wing collapsed coming to the checkered.

Heat 2: 1. 22X Nick Eastin; 2. 51J Ryan Jamison; 3. 3* Kaley Gharst; 4. 9X Bart Andrews; 5. 10 Jeff Mitrisin; 6. 99W Korey Weyant; 7. 3 Matt Sutton; 8. 36 Justin Newberry. Newberry was running third early but spun in turn one with three to go and got t-boned by Sutton, who suffered a broken nose wing from the contact.

Heat 3: 1. 15 Bobby Mincer; 2. 29X Russ Hall; 3. 99 Jimmy Davies; 4. 65 Jordan Goldesberry; 5. 10T Tim Moore; 6. 18A Dan Avery; 7. 31P Travis Porter; 8. 53H Matt Harms. Porter got too high in turn three, jumped off the track and didn't restart. Harms pulled in early.

Dash: 1. Pinegar; 2. Jamison; 3. Mincer; 4. Hall; 5. Eastin; 6. Hetrick. Pinegar won by a straightaway, then had to change a rear end before the feature.

B Main: 1. Weyant; 2. Sutton; 3. Rogerson; 4. Harms; 5. Porter; 6. Newberry; 7. Avery. Schulz scratched.

A Main: 1. Eastin; 2. Gharst; 3. Pinegar; 4. Hetrick; 5. Mincer; 6. Sutton; 7. Mitrisin; 8. Weyant; 9. Hall; 10. Schneiderman...again this is unofficial and all I could get. Eastin led the entire distance. The first lap was a drag race to the flag between polesitter Eastin and outsidee polesitter Hall. The rest was all Eastin for his first win. At lap six, the yellow was thrown for Pinegar, who slid off of turn four but came back on the track. He was running second and was allowed to retain the position. The yellow returned at lap 12 for Phillips who spun in turn two. The red flag came out to set up a green white checkered finish in the 20-lapper when Gullo got off the track in turn two, went hammer down the full length of the grass outside of the backstretch, tried to come over the rim of the track again in turn three and cartwheeled over to the fence. He was not injured.

Hey JR....Mitrisin got left out of your results. I'm guessing he started 16th and finished 7th?
