Guess I have to open another thread since the moderator closed the last one...a little late on this one but Tuesday night he tore up a whole nother car...is there a record for how many times someone got on their lid in one year? Willing to bet cody has that one in the bag...

WHO CARES??? I'm tired of reading about how shitty Cody Darrah is doing in this car. Clearly Kasey is okay with him out there tearing stuff up, writing it off as a learning curve. It's obvious Kasey sees something in this kid that motivates him to keep him around. Otherwise he would've been fired months ago. Everybody talks about Kyle Larson or Jason Solwold or Jac or insert driver name here who deserves this ride more than Cody, but it doesn't matter what anyone thinks other than Kasey and Willie. Everyone on this board gets that there are a lot people who think Cody stinks. That's fine. But do we really need to have thread after thread after thread talking about it?? Especially opening this thread 2 days after the original crash, just to bash him some more. It's ridiculous...

Looks like you have a problem, WOO14 you don't own the car or get to pick the driver. Untill you do your comments don't really matter. Its been beat to death. Mods can close this thread to.

WOO14 you have completely run this topic in the ground. I'll admit Codey has not been very impressive this year and has torn up more equipment than most teams would tear up in 10 years, but it is not any of our business on how KKR handles it. Chill out.

Clearly WoO14 knows Cody's potential!! Once Cody sees the tracks a second time, settles down a bit he will give Jason Myers and all the other outlaws a fight!!!! every night. I remember what Dale Earnhardt about one of his drivers when the wrecked alot. "He just needs to settle down a bit, I would rather have a driver that needs to settle down, than one I have to light a fire under"!!!

woo 14 you apparently were not there or Maybe you would know what happened Tues night.
Cody has the ability to do well and will until you have the real story or money in the deal bark up another tree.
like one stated before your obsession with him is strange!
a BRAND new drive line failed and came up and took out the power steering pump along with his leg sending him off the track He actually timed in third passed in the dash and was on to a great run

I usually dont comment on any of these forums, but I figured I would add some food for thought for all of you Cody Darrah bashers... If I recall correctly when Kasey originally decided to hire Cody he said that he saw alot of himself when he looked at cody on the track and off... with that said lets look back at Kahne's rookie year in nascar he would qualify great ( as does cody), he had some really good runs (as does Cody), and he destroyed alot of cars because he was driving to hard at times trying to impress others(as does cody), If Evernham had dumped Kasey after his rookie year we would probably not have KKR and therefor the WoO would not have a 2nd great promotional item like they do with Tony Stewart. Instead Evernham decided to let Kasey Develop into the driver that he is today, and we all get to enjoy having 3 sometimes 4 extra race teams on the outlaw tour. So instead of bashing Darrah everytime something happens, why not try to wish him luck and let him develop into whatever kasey wants him to... weather it be good or bad we will all have to wait and see

I wish the young man all the luck in the world...this was a brand new team for 2011 so it is unrealistic to have them pegged for a top five finish day in and day out.
That being said, look at the this team's results since his original crew chief left the team after Lakeside, where they finished third. I would love to see them get back together. Andy wishes him success.
Cody doesn't give a damn what the negative posters have to say on this message boad I can assure you of that. He is focusing on how to become successful and to overcome adversity. He will be a much better racer after this year, take that to the bank.
