Roseville, CA…….Ryan Kaplan of Chico, Calif. led the final 24 laps of Saturday’s 50-lap Lucas Oil USAC Westers Sprint Car race at All American Speedway, beating JoJo Helberg, Laura Hayes, Shanua Hogg and Tanner Swanson to the checkered flag. Hayes led the first 12 laps and Helberg led the next 14 before yielding to Kaplan. Jimmy Sills, making a rare USAC start, finished sixth.
