The 2011 races at the State fair Speedway will certainly go down in the record books.

The modified race took on the face of an enduro, demo derby, and some really good racing at times as Jim Moody wins his 3rd Missouri State Championship.

The MLRA late model race was dominated by John Anderson as he ran away from the field of late models on the dry slick 1/2 mile track. Al Purky made a couple of tries at Anderson on restarts but Anderson would pull away every time.

The ASCS Sprint race will be talked about for a long time as Uncle Danny Lasoski got the pay back from Nephew Brian Brown. After trading the lead back and forth during the race Brown made a coming out of turn four pass on the outside of Lasoski to take win away from his Uncle.
Just Friday night at Valley Speedway Lasoski had taken away a win that Brown looked like he had in his corner. As good a night of racing that I and a very big crowd at the Fair Grounds have seen in a long time.

I put up the wrong name in the credits for the incar camera for the sprint class, it was Tyler Elliott with the camera on board.

A really big thank you to Allan"Steeller" Miller for the calls on the races, I think a battery was going dead on the sprint race.

Pick your favorite class or watch all three, one hour and twenty seven minutes of State Fair racing and me and Allan talking. All commercial free and no adds. Enjoy.
