Anyone know what dale's story was 3rd to 20th?

Long race with 23 of the best drivers in the world. I mean that A saw so much passing every lap... comers and goers. Some guys like Blaney, Rahmer, and Heskin just weren't on top of their games, while others like Schatz, Stewart, and DeWease were. Just awesome. Something I noticed was that the track was awesome, still very fast and racy and it took the leaders nearly 10 laps after restarts to catch the tail of the field and usually a few laps to pass traffic. That's an indication of just how fast even the last place runner is. On qual night #1 I remember Heskin catching traffic in 3 laps and being many cars deep by the time the first caution flew with 7 down.
Year after year the best assembly of 24 cars you can get.

Blew a head gasket around lap 5. Temp was at 270 degrees at the break, temp gauge was pegged at the end of the race.
