Oklahoma drivers won the 360 nationals and the 410 wingless nationals and took 2nd and 5th in the 410 winged nationals. Wow.

Yeah, good showing for those guys. Shane was on a rail up there! What a week for him. And Bacon had the lead in the B before a RR went down. And Daryn had the lead in the A tonite for a minute. Not bad for a bunch of Okies. lol.

Bacon did not have the lead in the B Stevie Smith had the lead in the B . But, it did suck the he had the tire go down.

He had the lead for a few laps, then Stevie got back by him, probably because the tire had started to go down. Then under caution, he went to the work area and changed tires. Real bummer for the Baconator!

My bad Wes. That B feature was hard to keep up with. Alot of things happening esp at the end.

10-4 on the engines!
Yeah, Cat, I was excited, thought he had it won. Then he slowed quite a bit before the caution. I kinda have to agree with Sammy for once, dang Goodyear's! LOL! haha. Poor Sammy (not really), he's got Goodyear on his brain. His interview was funny, said he was trying to be conservative, to make it to the end. He said, "damned if you do, damned if ya' don't." Said the car was great, but he was "scared" to push it. Ha! Then he had to get his dig in, saying "those Hoosiers were guiding us, just didn't push it hard enough." lol. (He has Hoosiers on the front.) Too funny. He's definitely psyched out now.

Kelly got a question for you speaking of the motors:
Shane ran the car hard all week he raced. Did he use only one motor that week? It wasn't your typical racing as he started near the back of each race he ran and pushed the engine hard, harder than normal races one would think.
If he only ran that one motor all week and as hard as he ran it, that says alot to the durability of your motors.
Job well done.

David, he has two 410's. But he liked the one he had in the car so much and so did the car owner that they didn't want to change it. So the answer to your question is yes that was the only 410 he ran all week.

I would say so that they liked it. If they have the inventory I could almost see them just leaving that car alone and complete and save it for their next 410 outing.
Thank you for the reply.
