Taking Oceanside Speedway to court, neighbors of the Santa Cruz County Fairgrounds are taking legal action against the fairgrounds all noises.

It's not Oceanside speedway....it's Oceans and it's in Watsonville. This battle has been going on for a little while, but the people are on the side of the fairgrounds and not with the douche-bags that bought house's by the track!

Trophy Cup......Best race of the year hands down!

I think this problem would go away if those folks who are complaining would just agree to turn down their hearing aids on Saturday nights. Seriously though, c'mon people, it's one night a week. Get over it! Or maybe even go to the races, you just might enjoy yourselves! Oh that's right, then you wouldn't have anything to piss and moan about. Sorry if my language offends anyone but I find this whole issue really irritating! I wish I lived within earshot of a track like Ocean. Some people just don't know when they've got it good.

All I have to say, is if I were his neighbor I would have as many Donkeys as I could legally have! I would feed each one once a day (at seperate times of course) When he gets up in the morning and let them things Bray all NIGHT long! I would park my cars in front of his home, do the gardening when he had friends over for a visit etc. There are many ways to skin a cat legally! Ask my old A*****E neighbor in AZ!

He actually had his wife complain to me about the dogs barking when I told her that Chief Squaking Squaw should have been talking to me instead of her she said her husband would handle it his way then. Of course he called animal control. When they showed up, I told them that I was getting roosters the next day (Zoned Ag) and if I heard one more peep out of them the Donkeys were next! I think the 5 Roosters in the yard the next day took care of them. Of course, I ran the drag every day the wind was blowing their way. I bet they had taken out a couple of yards of dirt out of their pool filters each year!

Very True! I mind my own business and could care less what my neighbors do but when they attempt to impose on me the fun begins!
